A. An applicant whose DP has been approved shall publish notice of the FPA in the official journal of the parish governing authority where the project will be implemented. Notice under this Section shall, at a minimum, include:
1. a brief description of the FPA and of the
business conducted at the facility;
2. the name and address of the applicant and,
if different, the location of the facility for which regulatory flexibility is
sought, and a brief description of the regulatory relief that has been granted;
and
3. the name, address, and
telephone number of a department contact person from whom interested persons
may obtain further information.
