Section I-315 - Administrative Hearings Clerk

A. The administrative authority shall designate a person to serve as the administrative hearings clerk who shall be the official custodian of adjudicatory records. The clerk shall maintain the adjudicatory records separately from other records of the department.
B. The administrative hearings clerk, or his/her designee, is authorized to:
1.
certify copies of official documents in his/her custody;
2. ensure distribution of all decisions,
recommendations, orders, subpoenas, and notices issued by the presiding officer
or secretary; and
3. perform other
duties as assigned by the administrative authority and the administrative
hearings division administrator.
