A. The executive director of the Office of Student Financial Assistance shall:
1. prepare the business agenda;
2. provide administrative support to the
advisory council within the resources of his/her office allocated for that
purpose;
3. approve the travel of
advisory council members; and
4. in
conjunction with the chair, schedule meetings of the advisory
council.
