A. Special consideration shall be given to schools and districts significantly impacted by disasters when accountability decisions are made. The consideration shall include but not be limited to:
1. closure of schools and districts for
extended periods of time;
2.
transfer of significant numbers of students from affected schools and
districts;
3. enrollment of
significant numbers of displaced students into receiving schools and
districts;
4. emigration of
displaced students to other states;
5. multiple transfers of displaced students
as they move from shelters and temporary housing to more permanent
situations;
6. the transfer of
displaced students as they return to their home schools and
districts.
