A. Journalism course offerings shall be as follows.

1. Teachers
must be qualified in journalism to teach journalism.
2. Teachers qualified in the areas of
journalism, English, and/or business education are qualified to teach
publications I and II (y\yearbook).
3. Teachers qualified in the areas of
journalism, and/or English are qualified to teach publications I and II
(newspaper).
4. Publications I is a
prerequisite to publications II.
