A. Students enrolled in grades 3 through 11 who are under the supervision of correctional facilities shall take the appropriate assessment for their enrolled grade.
B. If a student is 18 years of age by March 1, and:
1. is
pursuing a high school diploma, he/she shall test; and
2. is not pursuing a high school diploma,
he/she does not need to test.
