Section I-2719 - Applicability of Act 125 of the 2015 Legislative Session to the Technology Commercialization Credit and Jobs Program

A. Pursuant to Act 125 of the 2015 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature, applications approved on or after July 1, 2015, are subject to the following reductions from July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2018:
1. technology commercialization
credits-28.8 percent of the amount of the investment;
2. technology jobs credits-4.32 percent of
payroll for new direct jobs.
B. Applications approved prior to July 1, 2015, are not affected by Act 125.
