"Dispensing device" means any liquefied petroleum gas, motor-vehicle fuel or liquid fuel dispensing pumps, meters or other similar measuring devices and vehicle tanks used in the transportation of liquefied petroleum gas, motor-vehicle fuels or liquid fuels.
