Section 86-1-20 - Age of documentation submitted to the commission

(a) A certification of licensure history obtained from any jurisdiction in which the applicant has, or has ever had, a real estate license shall not be used for licensing purposes if the certification is issued more than six months before the date on which the completed application for licensure is filed with the commission.

(b) A report concerning an applicant that is the subject of a criminal history check prepared by the Kansas bureau of investigation and the federal bureau of investigation shall not be used for licensing purposes if the report is issued more than six months before the date on which the completed application for licensure is filed with the commission.
