Section 84-3-2 - Hearing notice

After a complaint has been filed, if it appears to the board, or its designee, that formal proceedings in respect thereto should be instituted, a notice of hearing pursuant to K.A.R. 84-2-2b shall be served on each party by the board or its designee.
