Section 82-1-234a - Discovery

(a) Discovery shall be limited to matters that are clearly relevant to the proceeding involved. Discovery may be further limited by the commission or presiding officer based on the discovering party's interest and participation in the proceeding. This regulation shall not diminish, alter, or modify in any way the authority of the commission staff to request information in the performance of its duties.
(b) Responses to data requests submitted by commission staff shall be furnished within seven days of the date on which the information was requested, unless otherwise directed.
