Section 7-43-11 - Fees to perform notarial acts with respect to electronic records and for remotely located individuals

(a) Each applicant or notary public who provides notification to the secretary that the individual intends to perform notarial acts with respect to electronic records shall pay an information and services fee of $20.

(b) Each applicant or notary public who provides notification to the secretary that the individual intends to perform notarial acts for remotely located individuals (continued) shall pay an information and services fee of $20.
