Section 60-7-111 - Reporting of certain misdemeanor convictions by the licensee

Pursuant to K.S.A. 65-4205 and amendments thereto, each licensee shall report to the board any misdemeanor conviction for any of the following substances or types of conduct:
(a) Alcohol;
(b) any drugs;
(c) deceit;
(d) dishonesty;
(e) endangerment of a child or vulnerable adult;
(f) falsification;
(g) fraud;
(h) misrepresentation;
(i) physical, emotional, financial, or sexual exploitation of a child or vulnerable adult;
(j) physical or verbal abuse;
(k) theft;
(l) violation of a protection from abuse order or protection from stalking order; or
(m) any action arising out of a violation of any state or federal regulation.
