Section 49-50-14 - Shipment of nonstandard boilers or pressure vessels into the state

Shipment of nonstandard, nonexempt boilers or pressure vessels into this state for use shall be prohibited unless a variance and an operating permit have been granted by the secretary or the secretary's designee.
