Article 1 - LIMITATIONS ON USE OF TURNPIKE
Section 39-1-15 - Accidents

In addition to the provisions of the traffic laws of the state of Kansas, the operator of a vehicle involved in an accident on the turnpike system resulting in injury or death to any person or damage to any property, real or personal, shall immediately stop such vehicle at the scene of the accident, render such assistance as may be needed, and give his name, address, license and registration number to the person injured or the person sustaining the damage and to a member of the Kansas highway patrol or to a toll collector at the nearest toll booth.
