Section 36-17-6 - Repairs to signs; new signs

From and after March 31, 1972, repairs to any sign in an adjacent area which receives repairs, the cost of which is in excess of sixty (60) percent of the replacement cost of such sign, in any given calendar year, shall constitute a new sign.
