Section 30-64-26 - Quality enhancement

(a) Each contracting CDDO shall ensure that each service provided by the CDDO or by any affiliate shall be:
(1) provided as specified
within, and in a manner that is responsive to, the person-centered support plan
under which that service is being provided;
(2) provided in a manner that offers
opportunities of choice to the person being served; and
(3) performed in a manner that ensures that
all of the person's rights are observed and protected.
(b) This regulation shall take effect on and after July 1, 1996.
