Section 28-35-503 - Package-opening instructions

Before delivering any package containing licensed or registered material to a carrier for transport, each licensee shall ensure that any special instructions that are needed to safely open the package have been sent to, or otherwise have been made available to, the consignee for the consignee's use in accordance with K.A.R. 28-35-221a.
