Section 28-35-408 - Plan implementation

Each licensee required to submit a contingency plan in accordance with K.A.R. 28-35-401 shall meet the following requirements:

(a) Comply with the contingency plan submitted to the department;

(b) notify all off-site response organizations, including the department, not later than one hour after the licensee declares an alert, site area emergency, or general emergency; and

(c) promptly report any projected dose and protective action recommendation as required by the contingency plan.
