Section 28-35-361 - Documents and records required at temporary jobsites

Each licensee or registrant conducting operations at a temporary jobsite shall have the following documents and records available at that site for inspection by the department:
(a) operating and emergency procedures;
(b) survey records required pursuant to K.A.R. 28-35-359 for the period of operation at the site;
(c) evidence of current calibration for each radiation survey instrument in use at the site;
(d) when operating in the state under a reciprocity agreement, a copy of the appropriate license, certificate of registration, or equivalent documentation; and
(e) shipping papers for the transportation of radioactive material.
