Section 28-35-230f - Reports of leaking or contaminated sealed sources

If a test for leakage or contamination pursuant to K.A.R. 28-35-216a indicates a sealed source is leaking or contaminated, a report of the test shall be filed within five days with the department describing the equipment involved, the test results and the corrective action taken.
