Section 28-35-227f - Records of prior occupational dose

Each licensee or registrant shall retain the records of prior occupational dose and exposure history as specified in K.A.R. 28-35-212e on a form approved by the department, until the department terminates each pertinent license requiring this record. Each licensee or registrant shall retain each of the records used in preparing this form for three years after the record is made.
