Section 28-35-181k - Specific licenses to manufacture and distribute ice detection devices

Each applicant for a specific license to manufacture ice detection devices and to distribute those devices to persons generally licensed under K.A.R. 28-35-178g shall meet the requirements of 10 C.F.R. 32.61 and 32.62, as in effect on December 2, 2015, which are hereby adopted by reference, except that wherever the term "commission" appears within 10 C.F.R. 32.61, that term shall be replaced with the term "department."
