Section 28-35-139 - Testing and surveys

(a) Each licensee or registrant shall make, or cause to be made, those surveys that are necessary for the licensee or registrant to comply with these regulations.
(b) Each licensee or registrant shall perform, upon instructions from the department, or shall permit the department to perform, such reasonable tests as the department deems appropriate or necessary, including, but not limited to, tests of:
(1) Sources of radiation;
(2) installations in which sources of
radiation are used or stored;
(3)
radiation detection and monitoring instruments; and
(4) other equipment and devices employed
during use or storage of licensed or registered sources of radiation.
