Section 28-29-2011 - Waste tire permit fees

For each permit required in K.S.A. 65-3424b and amendments thereto, the applicant or permittee shall pay the applicable fee according to the following schedules.
(a) Permit application fees.
Mobile waste tire processor ......$250
Waste tire collection center .....$100
Waste tire processing facility ...$250
Waste tire transporter ...........$100
(b) Annual permit renewal fees.
Mobile waste tire processor ......$100
Waste tire collection center .....$50
Waste tire processing facility ...$100
Waste tire transporter ...........$50
