Section 28-25-7 - Liquids, creams, powders and other preparations

(a) All liquids, creams, and other preparations shall be kept in properly labeled, clean and closed containers. Powders shall be kept in a clean shaker.
(b) When only a portion of a preparation is to be used on a patron, it shall be removed from the container in such a way as not to contaminate the remaining portion.
