Section 28-19-726 - Existing MSW landfills; record-keeping and reporting

(a) The owner or operator of an existing municipal solid waste landfill subject to the requirements of K.A.R. 28-19-721 through 28-19-727 shall comply with the record-keeping requirements contained in 40 CFR § 60.758, as in effect on July 1, 1996, which is hereby adopted by reference.
(b) Each owner or operator of an existing municipal solid waste landfill subject to the requirements of K.A.R. 28-19-722(a) shall comply with the reporting requirements of 40 CFR §60.757(b) through (g), as in effect on July 1, 1996, which is hereby adopted by reference.
