Section 28-19-16 - New source permit requirements for designated nonattainment areas

The provisions of K.A.R. 28-19-16 through K.A.R. 28-19-16m shall apply to the construction or major modification of major stationary sources of air pollution emissions located within any area that has been identified as not meeting a national ambient air quality standard for the pollutant for which the source is major, under the procedures prescribed by Section 107(d) of the federal clean air act (42 U.S.C. 7407(d)).
