Section 28-17-12 - Delayed certificate of birth or foreign-born certificate; filing fee

Each application for a delayed certificate of birth or a foreign-born certificate shall be accompanied by a fee of $30.00 for the filing and registration of the delayed certificate of birth or the foreign-born certificate. A certified copy of a delayed certificate of birth or a foreign-born certificate may be obtained pursuant to K.A.R. 28-17-6.
