Section 28-16-130 - Project certification

Each loan recipient shall certify to the secretary whether the project meets the project's performance standards on the date one year after the initiation of operations of the project. The loan recipient shall be responsible for assuring timely correction and compliance, including recertification in case the initial certification was a negative declaration.
