Section 28-15a-43 - Prohibition on use of lead pipes, solder, and flux

The provisions of 40 C.F.R. 141.43(a) and (d) as in effect on July 1, 2015, are hereby adopted by reference, except that 40 C.F.R. 141.43(d)(2) shall be replaced with the following text:
"(d)
(2) When used with respect to pipes and pipe
fitting refers to pipes and pipe fittings containing not more than 0.25% lead
calculated across the wetted surfaces of a pipe, pipe fitting, plumbing
fitting, and fixture."
