Section 28-15a-201 - Requirements for public notification

Each person that operates a public water supply system shall comply with 40 C.F.R. 141.201 through 141.211 and appendices A, B, and C to subpart Q of part 141, as in effect on July 1, 2015 and hereby adopted by reference, except that in 40 C.F.R. 141.201, the last sentence of the introduction shall be deleted.
