Section 28-13-7 - Approval or denial of applications

Applications for permits to use surface ponds will be approved or denied within ten days from date of receipt of the application, information and supporting plans, specifications and other required documents, by the state department of health. Failure by the department to act upon an application within ten days subsequent to such receipt shall serve as an automatic issuance of a permit.
