Section 28-13-3 - Plans and specifications for underground reservoirs

Plans and specifications for the storage of petroleum products, acids, radioactive materials, or other fluid or gaseous products in underground reservoirs shall be submitted to the chief engineer for the board and approved prior to construction or development of the reservoir.
