Section 21-70-7 - Retaliation or coercion

A public accommodation shall not discriminate against any individual because that individual has opposed any act or practice made unlawful by the act, or because that individual made a complaint, testified, assisted, or participated in any manner in an investigation, proceeding, or hearing under the act.
