Universal Citation: KS Admin Regs 21-70-38
Current through Register Vol. 43, No. 12, March 20, 2024

If a tenant is making alterations as defined in K.A.R. 21-60-16 that would trigger the requirements of K.A.R. 21-70-36, those alterations by the tenant in areas that only the tenant occupies shall not trigger an obligation on the landlord to alter the areas of the facility under the landlord's authority in order to comply with the "path of travel" requirements in K.A.R. 21-70-36, if those areas are not otherwise being altered.
