Section 21-70-26 - Limitation on barrier removal obligations

(a) The requirements for barrier removal under these regulations shall not exceed the standards for alteration in K.A.R. 21-70-21.

(b) If relevant standards for alterations are not provided in K.A.R. 21-70-34, the requirements for barrier removal under these regulations shall not be interpreted to exceed the standards for new construction in these regulations.

(c) These regulations shall not apply to transportation services subject to K.A.R. 21-70-32.
