Section 21-46-1 - Class B private clubs

All clubs holding licenses from the alcoholic beverage control commission as class B clubs are deemed places of public accommodations and subject to the provision of the Kansas act against discrimination. Nothing in the present paragraph shall be construed as grounds for an automatic exemption of any club holding a license from the alcoholic beverage control commission as a class A club from the provisions of the Kansas act against discrimination.
