Section 21-43-2 - Time limitation for conciliations

Failure to arrive at a satisfactory adjustment within forty-five (45) days after respondent is notified in writing of a finding of probable cause may constitute sufficient reason for the commission to judge efforts at conference and conciliation to be a failure.
