Section 21-40-18 - Certification of documents and records

Certified copies. Copies of and extracts from public records may be certified by the commission. The chairman or such other person as may be designated by the commission is authorized to certify all documents or records of the commission. Persons requesting the commission to prepare such copies should clearly state the material to be copied and whether it shall be certified. Charges may be imposed for certification and for the preparation of copies.
