Section 21-32-7 - Affirmative action

The employer shall take affirmative action to recruit women to apply for those jobs where they have been previously excluded. Such affirmative action may include but is not limited to notifying employment referral agencies that women are welcome to apply for all positions, recruiting at women's colleges and the use of advertising which is not classified by sex.
