Section 123-12-307 - Avoiding an officer, supervisor, or other employee

(a) No offender shall run from, deliberately evade, or otherwise purposefully avoid any officer, supervisor, or other employee when required, ordered, or requested to be present to talk with, be accounted for, be searched, or be questioned by the officer, supervisor, or other employee.
(b) Each violation of this regulation shall be a class I offense.
This regulation shall be effective on and after April 8, 2005.
