Section 115-17-5 - Commercial harvest of fish bait; open areas

The following areas shall be open for the commercial harvest of crayfish, annelids, and insects:
(a) For crayfish, all lands and waters of the state except department lands and waters and federal and state sanctuaries; and
(b) for annelids and insects, all lands and waters of the state except department lands and waters and federal and state sanctuaries. This regulation shall be effective on and after January 1, 2012.
