Section 112-4-11 - Qualifications for jockey

(a) Each person granted a jockey occupation license shall:
(1) Be at least 16 years old; and
(2) weigh no more than 130 pounds.
(b) In thoroughbred races, each applicant for a jockey license shall have completed the requirements for apprentice jockey.
