Section 112-3-18 - Commission approval of sale or conveyance

(a) In the event the control of a facility owner or facility manager licensee is to be conveyed, no sale or conveyance shall take effect until approval is obtained from the commission. The application of the purchaser shall contain the same information required by K.A.R. 112-3-8 pertaining to the application procedure for a facility owner and facility manager applicant.
(b) This regulation shall take effect on and after October 1, 1988.
