Section 112-103-1 - Prohibition of unlicensed employment with a facility manager

No person may work as an employee or independent contractor of a facility manager unless the person is certified to do so with a current occupation license or temporary work permit issued by the commission for the actual job, duty, or position that the person is seeking to perform.
