Section 112-101-9 - Notice of anticipated or actual change

(a) Each facility manager or applicant shall notify the commission in writing of any reasonably anticipated or actual change in its directors, officers, or key employees or persons directly or indirectly owning an interest of at least 0.5% in the facility manager or applicant.
(b) Each new director, officer, key employee, or person directly or indirectly owning an interest of at least 0.5% in the facility manager shall submit to a background investigation as specified in K.A.R. 112-101-3 before acting in the person's new capacity.
(c) Failure to comply with this regulation may result in a sanction as specified in K.A.R. 112-113-1.
