Section 110-9-4 - Secretary's review

Upon completion of the secretary's review of each special bond project plan, each applicant shall receive a written response containing a determination or seeking further information. If the written response requests further information, the 60-day time frame specified in K.A.R. 110-9-3 shall exclude the period beginning on the date on which the letter requesting further information is mailed through the date on which the information is received by the secretary.
