Rule 761-615.39 - Surrender of License

A person whose Iowa license has been canceled, suspended, revoked or barred or who has been disqualified from operating a commercial motor vehicle shall surrender the license to the designated representative of the department on or before the effective date of the sanction.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 321.201, 321.208, 321.212, 321.216, 321.556, and 321A.31.
