Rule 761-615.36 - Effective Date of Suspension, Revocation, Disqualification or Bar

Unless otherwise specified by statute or rule, a suspension, revocation, disqualification or bar shall begin 30 days after the department's notice of suspension, revocation, disqualification or bar is served.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 321.208, 321.209, 321.210, and 321.556.
